                                      ENVIRONMENTAL TARGETS

1                  Target  1 – MINIMIZATION OF ENERGY EXPENSES

1.1. Decrease of min. 5% of the expenses for used energy /measured in kwt/bednight/compared  to 2024

1.2.  To continue changing the old electrical  appliances /i.e. lamps in common areas – corridors and lobby areas/ with modern ones – led lamps.  To be replaced 30% of the total common areas electrcity lighting. 

1.3.  Better energy saving air- conditioning /changing the machines in the 7 apartments in B block/ - to be changed 15 machines in total

1.4.  To carry out a major repair of the air-conditioning in the mini-club

                  Target 2 -  MINIMIZATION OF WATER CONSUMPTION

2.1. Decrease of water consumption by 10% compared to 2023  - measured in litter/bednight 

2.2. Regular maintanance actions in the room bathrooms

2.3. Regular maintenance actions in the restaurant kitchen and bars

                   WASTE MANAGEMENT

3.1. Decrease of waste disposal by 5%

3.2. Waste separation

3.3. Disposal of Hazardous Materials – participation in the District eco-campaigns

                                                  SOCIAL and CULTURAL SUSTAINABLE TARGETS

1.1. To improve staff’s wellbeing by increasing at minimum 10% the salary rate compared to 2023 and 2024

1.2.  No male or female restrictions for the working positions  

1.3.  Providing meals for all staff during the working day – sandwiches, water, coffee, restaurant 

1.4.  Team building  - trip for the staff at end of season  

1.5.  In support of the local people and local areas – to increase by 5% the number of staff from the region of the local areas

1.6. In support the local areas – to provide more than 50% of the vegetables and fruits from the local areas. 

1.7.  Visiting cultural events – theater plays  and concert – at availability in off and in season
