RECEPTION DESK - dial "9"

The following services are available at the reception desk:

Safety deposit box: There is a safe in every room, which you can use for free after entering your personal code. For security reasons, we ask our guests to keep all valuables in the safe. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of belongings and valuables outside the safe in the room!

Parking: According to the availability - price 15 Eur/day  for a car, and 20 Eur/day for a microbus                                            

Repairs: We believe you are pleased with your room. If anything should break down during your stay, please contact the reception desk and a specialist technician will promptly come to repair it.

Other Services: The reception desk also takes care of car hire, a florist's, calling taxi and medical service 24 hours a day.  For more info please turn to the reception desk or to our Guest relation manager.

Messages: If you plan to be out, don't worry, we will take messages for you and keep your personal mail during your stay.

Currency exchange: In accordance with current Bulgarian laws, your passport or identity card might be required in order to exchange money. The currency exchange bureau is in the hotel lobby.

Laundry Service: Our laundry service is at your disposal every day. In case you need it, please contact the reception. The cost of this service is paid at the reception.
