Mini bar: Please be aware that consumed drinks are charged extra at reception. PLS see the PRICELIST on the mini bar front door. The first charge upon arrival is free. All subsequent charges will be billed.
Terrace: We request that guests refrain from hanging wet towels over the terrace furniture /except the towel hangers/
Electricity: The voltage in your room is 220 V.
Key: Please, be advised that you can keep the room till 12:00 and do not forget to return the key-card and to the Reception. In case of loss or damage the key-card, there is a fine. You have two key-cards per room, which are used for turning the electricity on when you are in the room and for unlocking the room.
Other Services: Please, contact the reception staff for any special requests such as extra blankets, pillows, buying flowers, special birthday cakes, e.t.c.
Check-out: Please, vacate your room not later than 12:00 on the day of your departure. In case you want to keep it after this time we offer a possibility for a late check-out upon additional charge. Please, contact the reception one day in advance. In case of lost and damages of any hotel property, you have to pay a fine at the reception.
